Modalities can include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, (NISA) Neuromuscular Integration Structural Alignment, Myofascial Release, Aromatherapy and Energy work. We can make suggestions and recommendations in the areas of nutrition, stretching techniques, and healthy eating.
